DJ Mix Training

Mix DJ Class :

To start learning to mix, out of passion or to become a professional DJ. It's a process that can take a long time if you don't apply the right strategies. That's where Mix DJ training comes in.

Because if you want to learn today and at your own pace, this is the course for you.

The Mix DJ Class is for beginners and those who want to improve their DJ mixing techniques.

The Mix DJ Class will enable you to learn how to mix quickly, and create your own recordings. You'll be able to promote your mixes and performances to win contracts.

Your musical style :

Whatever your musical style (EDM, hip hop, trap, dubstep, reggae, etc.) you can learn to mix your favorite tracks. Of course, you'll need to have the necessary mixing equipment. You'll need at least two turntables and a mixer, or a DJ controller and DJ software (RekordBox, Traktor, Serato).

Whether you have vinyl or CD decks, or a more software-based controller such as Djuced, Deckadance, Virtual DJ, Traktor or Serato, in the Mix DJ Class you'll learn how to mix.

Mixing techniques can be used for controllers, CD decks or vinyl decks.

There is no difference in the pure technique and don't be afraid to see me only with vinyl decks.

The only difference is in feel (jog vs. vinyl), but the sound result is the same.

As for the difference between controller and turntables + mixer :

Basically, there's no problem applying these techniques to your dj equipment.

To make rapid progress, simply apply the step-by-step method in the right order.

After some hard work, you'll be a DJ-ing expert.

Finally, your creativity will develop, and you'll find your originality as a DJ.

Here's what you'll learn and the results:

_ Sound acoustics, connection and connectivity You'll learn how to connect your equipment, the different types of cabling (symmetrical/asymmetrical), audio format standards, and sound levels in db. Result : You can work on your own or any other type of equipment, and understand the transit of the electrical signal that is sound.

_ The configuration of the DJ equipment You'll learn about the main and more advanced functions of DJ hardware and DJ mixing software. Result : Once you've mastered all these functions, you'll be able to increase your creativity.

_ Mix Theory You'll learn about beats, measures, cycles, tonality and musical structure. Result : Depending on the style of music, you'll be able to determine when and how to make your segues and transitions.

_ Mixing Technique You'll learn: tempo mixing, cutting, linking with effects, a cappella mixing and harmonic mixing. Equalization and sound levels. The difference between mixing in different musical styles. Result: You'll be able to create perfect, seamless, non-confrontational segues between your tracks.

_ Audio recording and editing You will learn: Analog recording. Digital recording via DVS. Digital recording via DAW. Result : You'll record optimally and be able to improve the final mix for a better rendering, and export it.
