Definition and nature of personal data

Collection of personal data
Your personal data is collected for one or more of the following purposes:
To manage your access to and use of certain services available on the site,
Carry out operations related to customer management concerning contracts, orders, deliveries, invoices, loyalty programs, and customer relationship follow-up,
Build a file of registered members, users, customers and prospects,
To send newsletters, solicitations and promotional messages. If you do not wish to receive such information, we give you the opportunity to express your refusal to do so at the time of collection of your data;
To elaborate commercial and traffic statistics of our services,
Organize contests, lotteries and all promotional operations except for online gambling subject to the approval of the French Online Gaming Regulatory Authority,

To manage any unpaid bills and disputes regarding the use of our products and services,
Respect our legal and regulatory obligations.
We inform you, at the time of the collection of your personal data, if certain data must be filled in or if they are optional. We also inform you of the possible consequences of not answering.
Recipients of the data collected
The staff of our company, the services in charge of control (auditor in particular) and our subcontractors will have access to your personal data.
Your personal data may also be sent to public bodies, exclusively to meet our legal obligations, to judicial officers, to ministerial officers and to bodies responsible for debt collection.
Transfer of personal data
Your personal data will not be transferred, rented or exchanged to third parties.
Length of time personal data is kept
Concerning data related to the management of customers and prospects :
Your personal data will not be kept beyond the time strictly necessary to manage our commercial relationship with you. However, the data allowing to establish the proof of a right or a contract, having to be preserved under the respect of a legal obligation, will be it during the duration envisaged by the law in force.
Concerning possible canvassing operations aimed at customers, their data may be kept for a period of three years from the end of the commercial relationship.
Personal data relating to a prospect, not a customer, may be kept for a period of three years from the date of their collection or the last contact from the prospect.
At the end of this three-year period, we may contact you again to see if you wish to continue receiving commercial solicitations.
Regarding the identity documents:
In the event of exercising the right of access or rectification, data relating to identity documents may be kept for the period provided for in Article 9 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, i.e. one year. In case of exercising the right of opposition, these data may be archived for the period of limitation provided for in Article 8 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, i.e. three years.
Regarding credit card data:
The financial transactions relating to the payment of purchases and fees via the site are entrusted to a payment service provider who ensures the smooth running and security.
For the purposes of the Services, this payment service provider may be the recipient of your personal data relating to your credit card numbers, which it collects and stores on our behalf.
We do not have access to this data.
In order to allow you to make regular purchases or to pay the related fees on the site, your credit card data is kept during the time of your registration on the site and at least until the moment you make your last transaction.
By checking the box expressly provided for this purpose on the site, you give us your express consent for this storage.
The data relating to the visual cryptogram or CVV2, written on your bank card, are not stored.
If you do not want your personal data relating to your credit card numbers to be retained as described above, we will not retain such data beyond the time necessary to complete the transaction.
In any event, the data relating to these transactions may be kept in an intermediate archive for the period provided for in Article L 133-24 of the French Monetary and Financial Code, i.e., 13 months following the date of debit, for the purpose of proof in the event of a possible dispute over the transaction. This period may be extended to 15 months to take into account the possibility of using deferred debit cards.
Concerning the management of lists of opposition to receive prospecting:
The information that allows us to take into account your right to object is kept for a minimum of three years from the date you exercise your right to object.
Concerning the statistics of audience measurement:
The information stored in the users' terminal or any other element used to identify the users and allowing their traceability or frequentation will not be kept beyond 6 months.
Security
We inform you that we take all useful precautions, organizational and technical measures appropriate to preserve the security, integrity and confidentiality of your personal data and, in particular, to prevent them from being distorted, damaged or accessed by unauthorized third parties. We also use or may use secure payment systems that comply with the state of the art and applicable regulations.

Prior to the transfer outside the European Union, Formation MAO et DJ will implement any procedure required to obtain the necessary guarantees for the security of such transfers.
Transfers outside the European Union may be carried out in particular within the framework of our following activities: e-marketing activity (GetResponse), exploitation of data related to social networks (see below).

Use of your data in connection with Social Networks
The use of social networks and the services or applications of Formation MAO et DJ in connection with these social networks is likely to result in the collection and exchange of certain data between the social networks and Formation MAO et DJ. We invite you to consult the personal data protection policies of the social networks in order to become familiar with the information that is collected by the social networks and that may be transmitted to Formation MAO et DJ in connection with its sites and applications, as well as the purposes for which your data will be used, particularly for advertising purposes. You will be able to configure access and confidentiality of your data directly on the social networks. "Plug-ins and social modules
Our site uses "plug-ins" or social modules.
