The customer must - before the payment of his order - make sure that he has the necessary material to read the different files, that he is able to download them and that he has the appropriate internet connection.
As soon as the payment is validated, the customer automatically receives the purchased file on his computer. A download link remains active for 24 hours in the email sent to the customer.
Refund and withdrawal:
As for the purchase of other products in the form of downloads, no refund, in any form whatsoever, can be made after the validation of the payment of the order.
Refund requests from individuals who indicate that they changed their mind before they began downloading cannot be considered because it is not technically possible to know whether or not an individual has successfully downloaded the contents of their order.
In the event that the customer has not received the email with the download links, he/she may request them again within 6 months from the customer service department at this address: contact@formationmaoetdj.com
We advise the customer to make a backup of the different files downloaded to be sure not to delete them by mistake.
