Effects
IM-PsychHarmonizer: Vocal harmonizer for separating and manipulating monophonic vocal sounds.
IM-Freezer: freeze effect to create sound textures by freezing, scrolling and stretching live or pre-recorded sounds.
IM-Ianalyzer:
A real-time polyphonic audio-MIDI converter for manipulating and resynthesizing the psychoacoustic properties of a signal. It also enables the resulting data to be captured and reused in MIDI format.
IM-NoteTracker:
A real-time audio to MIDI converter. Extracts the estimated pitch and amplitude of a signal and converts them into MIDI note components.
IM-Chromax:
A spectral delay that converts chords into harmonic patterns. As a result, the constituted set of frequencies can be further transformed, and used to define delay, feedback and filter shapes.
IM-ModalysFilter:
Uses the revered IRCAM Modalys engine to filter the signal with physical modeling processes.
IM-GrainDelay:
A grain delay effect that can be synchronized with Live's tempo. So you can use it with the IRCAMAX MIDI send/receive device. This allows you to receive MIDI notes that control grain transpositions.
IM-MultiFX: Four effects in one: delay, reverb, chorus and auto pan, which can be used as a simple effects box tool for all your synths.
IM-Midi send/receive: Whether they come from a MIDI clip or from the result of audio analysis of an audio track, these devices let you send and receive MIDI data between any IRCAMAX device in a Live Set.
Instruments
IM-ModalysSynth:
A polyphonic synthesizer based on IRCAM's flagship Modalys physical modeling engine, a technology with over 20 years of research and refinement.
IM-MatrixSynth: A polyphonic synthesizer with 3 oscillators and 3 envelopes, a multimode filter and a flexible modulation matrix.
Finally, the IRCAMAX 2 devices were developed by Jean Lochard at IRCAM and Manuel Poletti at Music Unit.
